Catherine is certified as a Corporate Etiquette and International Protocol Consultant by The Protocol School of Washington®, the only US Etiquette and Protocol School accredited by the US Department of Education.

Graduated from prestigious universities – La Sorbonne, Paris XI, University of Kent/UK, she has been Legal Corporate Counsel of leading international companies for more than 20 years and has a broad international business affairs and negotiation experience.
As Compliance Officer, she ensured that corporate ethical behaviors met the highest standards.
Immersed in a World of Good Manners and Art de Vivre, she spent most of her life in Paris and Bordeaux (Unesco Intangible Cultural Heritage) surrounded by French history, tradition, gastronomy and wine culture.
She has been living in Hong Kong for 7 years and shares a passion for China with her husband and two daughters
